Roberto Coin is committed to your complete satisfaction, offering a 30-day return policy for unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that custom creations and engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Roberto Coin presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton along with all authenticity certificates.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid, fully insured UPS shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
